Woodworking adhesives – softforming

Beardow Adams has developed hot melt adhesives that will softform intricate profiles over a range of machine speeds – up to 40m/min.

Common edging materials include melamine and wood veneer and products are typically used for kitchen, bedroom and office furniture. 

With some adhesives suitable for both softforming and edgebanding, Beardow Adams adhesives have given bonding performance meeting the Furniture Industry Research Association (FIRA) Gold Award Standard.
