Bob Adams
Chairman and Managing Director
Bob Adams founded the company with Len Beardow in 1977. He is closely involved in all aspects of the business with particular responsibility for R&D (research and development) and supply chain management. |
Nick Beardow
Sales and Marketing Director
Nick has responsibility for the export markets in South / Central / East Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia / Pacific and the Americas. He joined the business in 1987. His father, Len Beardow, formed the company with Bob Adams in 1977. He has a degree from Durham University. |

Mark Rowland
Finance Director
Mark heads the finance and control team. He joined Beardow Adams in 1996 and became Finance director in 1999. He is a chartered accountant with wide experience in the manufacturing sector and he also holds a masters degree in Environmental Resources.
In addition to his financial role, he is responsible for IT systems. |
Graeme Nutting
Sales Director, North West Europe
Graeme has responsibility for the export markets in North West Europe, working closely with our distributor partners in Scandinavia, Benelux, Germany and France. In addition, he champions our self-adhesive tapes and labels business sector. He joined Beardow Adams in 1992 and was appointed a director in 2004. Graeme has had a number of roles since joining the company, including managing and developing our export business and directing UK sales. Graeme has a degree in Material Science. |

Mike Stevenson
Sales Director, UK
Mike has responsibility for the UK sales team and Beardow Adams' distributors within the UK and Ireland. Mike joined the company in 2007 following the acquisition of the business assets of Fentac – a UK manufacturer of hot melt and other adhesives. Mike has a technical background and brings over 25 years of industrial adhesives experience to the business. |
Stuart Wetherell
Strategic Marketing Director
Stuart has responsibility for developing strategic marketing at Beardow Adams. He was appointed in April 2006, having previously worked in the company from 1985 to 1993. He brings both technical and marketing expertise to the role, which gives the company greater strategic focus. Stuart started his career within the hot melt adhesive industry and has experience of both small private and large multinational companies, so enabling him to understand the needs of different types of organisation. He has a degree in chemistry and CIM marketing qualifications. |

Paul Addison
Research and Development Manger
Paul has responsibility for the technical management at Beardow Adams - encompassing research, product development, Health and Safety and Quality Management.
His background is in adhesive technology and he joined Beardow Adams in January 1996. Prior to this position, he has taken a number of technical roles within the company and has a broad understanding of the markets where Beardow Adams hotmelt adhesives are sold and the technical parameters required to be able to exceed customer expectations. |
Guy Davis
International Corporate Accounts Manager
Guy Davis joined Beardow Adams in January 2010. With over 20 years’ involvement with adhesives, Guy brings much experience to this new position, created to ensure that Beardow Adams is better positioned to serve the unique needs of internationally based businesses in their adhesive requirements – often companies with central buying operations whose responsibilities can cross national borders. His role will complement that of our current sales team and our global partners. |

Peter Gallivan
Production Manager
Peter Gallivan joined the Beardow Adams production team in November 1988 and has taken a number of roles within the supply chain. His experience and understanding of our production processes is a key strength in the successful production planning and supply of Beardow Adams' hot melts to a global market. |
